MILANO SEQUENTIAL GAS INJECTION SYSTEMS is used for the cars with multipoint injections which run with gasoline. It can be installed to cars with pollution level EURO4 and EURO5 . but, at the same time , it can be installed to car with full group, semi sequential cars also.

Electronic control unit is integrated with an emulator which controls injectors of the car. There is no need any emulator . When the car runs on gasoline, all the valves and LPG injectors are closed . when, the system runs on LPG , gasoline injectors are closed. And LPG Sytem ECU send emulation signals to the ECU of the car. So, prevents detection of the faults. System is compatible with 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 cylinder cars.

Electronic control unit reads the parameters of the injection system of the car , then, adapt these parameters to LPG system. System takes the required signals by means of the sensors and then control and dose the injectors. 

LPG comes from tank to reducer with  a liquid phase. In reducer, phase of the LPG is changed to vapor and the pressure of the gas is regulated. And after if send to the intake manifold by means of the LPG injectors.

Gas and air mix before enterance of the cylinders. So, there will be no backfiring. And the performance of the Gas is perfect. 

 LPG SEQUENTIAL REDUCER

 

Reducer is designed to guaranty to change LPG from liquid to vapor phase. Exit Pressure of the reducer is designed to operate for normal cars at 1,0  bar fort he turbo and 6cylinder cars at 1,8 bars. But, it canbe adjusted from 0,8 – 2,3 bar.

Reducer is assembled with a gas valve. Solenoid of the valve is closed when car runs in gasoline or stops. There is a gas filter on the body of the valve which filter the impurities in liquid LPG.

Gas enters in the body of the reducer as liquid. It travels the channel . during this time , it changes the phase. Then, gas passes from regulator and its pressure is dropped to operation pressure

The capacity of the reducer is for  130 kW. The capacity of thesuper  reducer is for  150 kW

A temperature sensor is assembled on the body of the reducer. 

Reducer is heated to guaranty phase change of the LPG, by engine coolant. The circulation of the water must be verified.

MILANO electronic control unit is designed for controlling gas injectors in automotive gas installations.

According to the present parameters readout (reducer temperature, gas temperature, manifold air pressure, rpms) and parameters received from petrol ECU, it calculates the time of the gas injection required.

The device may be used in vehicles with up to 8 cylinders (depending on version). It contains 4, 6 or 8 independent channels of injectors emulator for disconnecting petrol injectors. Current attenuating resistance is connected to the injector circuit. Car computer does not detect errors, when injectors do not work (it does not apply to computers with current control).

The case of the unit is made of aluminum to protect the ecectronic pieces used on the electronic card. The dimension of the unit is

  SWITCH
 

A switch is installed to board to switch from gasoline to LPG or vice versa. When, the car runs with gasoline, all leds are off and reA switch is installed to board to switch from gasoline to LPG or vice versa. When, the car runs with gasoline, all leds are off and red led is on. When the car runs with LPG, blue led is on and also the leds for indication of level of gas are on with respect to amount of tthe LPG. When the tank is full , all four green leds are on. When it is empty, all the green leds are off and only red led is on at level leds.

When, the car is starts on  LPG, first, system controls the temperature and the RPM to switch to gas. If the temperature is low, system waits to reach to the setted values and runs at gasoline. When the temperature and RPM values are reached car switches automatically to LPG.  During this time, blue led is flashing.

buzzer is installed to system. when the gas is finished , the car is switched automatically to gasoline . and this is informed to driver by means of this buzzer.
Service time is setted to 10.000 km. when the car reaches 10.000 km buzzer starts to inform until switching to LPG to infom driver to go to service.

  GAS FILTER
 
The filter located between the LPG reducer and injector railblocks any impuri- ties present in LPG or METHANE fuel. Impurities can be of various kinds and sizes, such as the small metal fragments produced during installation of the tubes of the system or the metal residue present in the refuelling system. This simple device allows you to increase the safety margin of the GAS injector which can thus work in absolute safety.

The gas enters from the upper part and flows into the lower cylindrical section which also acts also as an expansion tank The filter element withholds larger impurities while oils or gaseous residues remain deposited in the bottom of the cylindrical section. This dual action allows you: to ensure the gas is free from large elements when leaving the filter (otherwise they might damage the injector rail) and, in addition, to be sure the gas is free from oily elements or non-combustible impurities.
